Who is Mr Chetan?

Mr Chetan Anand Baboolall is a member of THE HONOURABLE SOCIETY OF MIDDLE TEMPLE, LONDON and read law at the CITY UNIVERSITY of London with a master in law in criminal litigation (LLM).
